Don't see your plan? Call us at 407-707-5548 — we'll verify your benefits before your appointment.

Understanding Your Benefits

We strongly encourage you to contact your insurance company before your visit to understand:

  • Your deductible — what you must pay before insurance kicks in
  • Your copay or co-insurance for primary care and specialist visits
  • Whether a referral is required for specialist services
  • What preventive care services are covered at 100%
  • Coverage for specific procedures or treatments you may need

Self-Pay Patients

We welcome self-pay patients. If you don't have insurance or your insurance doesn't cover a specific service, please call us to discuss self-pay pricing options. We believe cost should not be a barrier to quality healthcare and are happy to work with you.

Wellness & Aesthetic Services

Please note that some services — including IV therapy, aesthetic treatments, peptide therapy, and certain wellness programs — may not be covered by insurance and are typically self-pay. Please call us to discuss pricing for these services.

Billing & Payments

  • We accept all major credit/debit cards, cash, and checks
  • Payment is due at the time of service for copays and known balances
  • We will bill your insurance on your behalf
  • You will receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurer after each visit
  • Any remaining patient balance after insurance processing will be billed to you

Questions About a Bill?

If you have questions about a bill you've received, please call our billing department during office hours. We're happy to explain charges, help you understand your EOB, or set up a payment arrangement if needed.
